What is a Grace Period?

A ‘Grace Period™ Payment’ is one of Paypa Plane unique offerings.

If you miss one of your scheduled payments (usually because a payment has been declined by your credit card company or bank), we will allow you 24hrs to make this payment up before you incur a ‘Late Payment’ fee.

Instead of being charged a ‘Late Payment’ fee without warning, our feature has been designed specifically to allow you the chance to make up the payment before this happens.

It is important to note that whilst you may have to pay a minimal fee during the 24hrs Grace Period™, it is lower than the fee you would have otherwise incurred as a ‘Late Payment’ fee.

If you miss a payment, you will be notified via text and email containing a unique link where you can make up your missed payment quickly and get on with your day.

Please note that not all Paypa Plane clients utilise Grace Periods.
