Why was I sent a “Payment Request”?

A Payment Request is your invitation to the new improved way of managing recurring payments!

Businesses can send you a Payment Request via sms/email in order for you to complete a payment agreement securely via Paypa Plane.

This will be sent directly to your mobile via sms, or email, containing a unique link generated by Paypa Plane.
Click this link and follow the process in order to confirm your Agreement and allow Paypa Plane to begin debiting your nominated account/card (via consent to a DDR).

If the Payment Request message wasn’t meant for you, or if the details of the payment aren’t correct, please contact that business that has sent you the message.
