Forgot PIN/Password

We all get forgetful sometimes!

If you cannot remember your PIN, simply follow the PIN reset process. The PIN reset process may require you to verify a payment method you are using within Paypa Plane.

If you still cannot login after following this process, send us an email at support@paypaplane.com and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.


Steps to reset your PIN:
  1. When logged out, select either your mobile number or email address to request a one time access code.

  2. Enter the 6 digit code into the verification screen and click Continue

  3. You will be asked to enter your PIN. If you do not know you PIN, click I've Forgotten.

  4. You will asked to enter the last 3 digits of your card linked to your payment method. 

  5. After entering the last 3 digits, you will be asked to create a NEW PIN.
