How do I check that my Agreement has been cancelled?

If your Agreement has come to an end or been cancelled, you can check your account to ensure there are no future scheduled payments.

Select the Agreement you wish to check (it should have a completed or cancelled icon as it’s status), and you should see that the Agreement has no future scheduled payments. 


Note: If you happen to see future payments scheduled for an Agreement you believe is already cancelled, please use the contact details provided within that Agreement to discuss this with them.
