Changing when a future payment is processed may or may not be allowed, depending on permissions set by who you are paying. If you encounter anything different when following the steps below, please get in touch for us to assist. Details can be found in the ‘Contact’ section after clicking the relevant Agreement.

When changing a future payment, there are two important options to consider:

  • Changing the date for one specific payment, or;
  • Changing the day future payments are processed.

Changing the date for one specific payment:

  • Click on the Agreement you wish to view, to bring up all the information about this Agreement.
  • At the top of this page is a section labelled “Next Payment”, where you will see a singular payment for the next most immediate payment to be made (including scheduled date). Clicking that button will bring up “Next Payment Options” (you can also click “view all” to bring up all scheduled payments and select an individual payment for any future dates).
  • Click Change Date to bring up the list of dates available for this payment, then select the date you would like this payment processed.
  • Once the new date is selected, you will be shown a summary of changes, including any fee that may apply, click Confirm to continue.
  • You will now see a secondary confirmation screen, ensure you have read all the information provided, then click Confirm to complete the change.

Changing the day future payments are processed:

  • Click on the Agreement you wish to view, to bring up all the information about this Agreement. As you scroll down the page, you will see a section labelled “Payments take out on” with the current withdraw day shown. Click the small pencil to the right of this heading to select a New Withdrawal Day.

  • A list of available days (with the current setting highlighted) will show, please select the day you wish payments to be processed.
  • You will also need to click the box below you choice to digitally agree to the changes, as well as accepting any relevant fees this change may incur.
  • Click Set day to confirm the change.
