Security Code vs PIN

Security code: When you first set up your account, we will send you a unique security code – either to your phone number or email address (whichever one you used initially). This will be a 6 digit code and it lets us know that you are the correct person and that we can securely set your account to your phone number or email.

PIN: Once we have confirmed who you are, you must create a 4 digit PIN - make it memorable! Your PIN is what you will use to revisit your account and manage your payments or check your schedule.

So, in short – the 6 digit Security Code we send to you, the 4 digit PIN number, you set for yourself!
